The staff at Furology are knowledgeable and loving to my animals. They have been wonderful with my tripod to my puppy! The best around!

Brought my St Bernard in and they did a wonderful job. She required extra care and they still managed a quick turnaround. Of course she was happy to see me when I picked her up...but I can see happiness in her that she enjoyed her time there with the girls. They made her look and feel better again!

They do a great job! Talented at grooming and treat dogs with respect. I like that the dogs arent locked up in crates. There is a tall gate protecting the dogs. Very open space so you are able to see how the dog is being groomed/ what is going on. Very accommodating and honest. Reasonable prices as well. Good experiences so far!

Nicole is absolutely wonderful. Our Schnauzer, Willi came to her shop looking like a mutt and ended up looking like a show dog ready for Westminster dog show. A +++++ Recommend highly.

I really cannot say enough about Nicole and her artistry with both my dogs. Nicole has been grooming my Havanese and my Shavanese for years now. She is kind and loving and gentle with my precious pups and she is an expert groomer to boot. Nicole takes your requests as to styling a dog into full consideration. She never goes her own way the way some groomers do. I cant recommend her highly enough. DO yourself a favor and bring your dogs to Furology in Ridgewood..

Took my golden doodle Brody to get groomed here for the first time and i cant say enough great things about Nicole, she was so sweet and great with him. Brodys hair cut came out amazing. Ive taken him to several different groomers through the years our previous groomer moved to a far away location so was looking for something local and Im so happy I found Furology!

Fantastic! I have a rambunctious (but sweet) 9 month old and we had a negative experience with another groomer. They made it seem that he was impossible to work with (he wouldnt stay still) and sent him back home ungroomed. After that, I asked the vet for a sedative but I knew he wasnt that bad! Fast forward to multiple recommendations from other RW pet owners and we were not disappointed! They were really patient and are slowly getting him used to being groomed. They gave us GREAT advice as we are new dog owners. They even told us that they would NEVER give a pup a sedative & reassured us this was normal pup behavior. He looks great! We love them and were never looking back!

Start taking our dog there this fall.. Very happy from the first visit. I am glad I tried it and I will stick with it.

Recently moved to Ridgewood and brought my boy Beanie in for first time today. Nicole was fantastic and did a great job. Now I can check groomer off my list of “to find” cause definitely FURology is our family’s groomer!

Best cut my pups have had! The owner was very loving and caring and really wanted to make sure I got the exact cut I wanted. They came in all scruffy and came out all silky and adorable.

This place is absolutely AMAZING. Today was the first time grooming my puppy, the staff was extremely professional and kind. so loving and sweet with my samoyed. Nicole is great.

FURology is more than a cool name for a dog grooming business. It is the nom de plume for Nicole Pepper -- a highly skilled and talented groomer and a real nice person besides.

Pricing is market for our dogs' breed -- and the convenience of her shop (just a few minutes ride from our home) is a huge plus.

Lets put that last statement in perspective. For the past 4 years I drove 200 miles to southern NJ (round trip) every 6 weeks to groom my pups. Nuts. I know. Well -- now it's more like 2 miles and the quality is there.

Highly recommended. Made my next appointment already.
